High Throughput Screening
We have developed a series of High Throughput Screening (HTS) assays for the measurement of the effects of drugs on a variety of mitochondrial functions.
These assays can be applied to chemical libraries in 96 or 384 well formats, and provide unique information for mitochondrial drug development, as well as for the measurement of mitochondrial drug toxicities.
